‚PD Strategic Management on Innovation Competency, Nihon Keizai Shimbun, 2003
A company needs to instil its business management with strategic R&D direction and organizational learning (including the incorporation of knowledge of different kinds and from external sources) with a clear focus on intellectual property if it is to achieve continual innovation and link that to corporate value and future growth.

This dissertation offers a new way approach to addressing those needs: strategic management on innovation competency.

‚QD Corporate Valuation and Intellectual Property, Zeimukeiri Kyokai, 2002, 2003
This volume highlights intellectual property as potential value, which has yet to reveal itself in terms of profitability and total market value of shares, as a factor in considering the changes wrought on Japan by stronger market regulations as well as knowledge and intellectual property in corporate valuation. At the same time, from a perspective of corporate value estimation, it furthers the debate on intellectual property in compulsory and voluntary reporting.

‚RD Japanese Accounting and Its Environment From a Perspective of International Conformity, Dobunkan, 1997, 1999
This volume highlights the intrinsic necessity of the Japanese accounting methodsf conformity with international standards from the perspective of the marketfs distributing of resources and market-based governance.

It also looks into discount cash flow (DCF) as an already-established method of corporate value, touching on theory from as far back as the 1930s, when academic study into DCF was still nascent, in order to shed light on its very essence.
